A Gladstone business owner is fed up with thieves after three offenders rammed the front doors of his showroom with two vehicles stolen from Rockhampton and took off with a motorbike.
Gladstone detectives have shared footage of three offenders using two stolen vehicles to ram the glass doors of the Toolooa St business about 4.35am on Wednesday, June 14.
The group wheeled two motorbikes out the front however only left with one, a 2023 KTM 250 EXC-F Six Days.
The vehicles used in the ram raid were reported stolen from Rockhampton at the weekend.
A white 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan station wagon with Queensland registration 285WBD was stolen from Norman Gardens on Sunday, June 11.
This vehicle has since been reported as dumped in Rockhampton, found on the morning of Thursday, June 15 with two flat tyres.
The other vehicle was a white 2022 Mitsubishi Triton dual cab, with Queensland registration plates DIT71, stolen from Gracemere on Sunday, June 11.
Gladstone Motorcycles has shared CCTV footage of the incident and asked the public to keep an eye out for the stolen motorbike and if the bike or parts are advertised for sale.
The bike has been locked by the factory so will never start and has been marked with every KTM dealer Australia wide.
“This is starting to get out of hand,” the post read.
“It’s about time these people get the punishment they deserve.”
