QUEENSLAND’s Jai Arrow and NSW’s Cameron Murray were injured as South Sydney came from behind to take two competition points away from the Gold Coast.
Arrow seems at long odds to play for the Maroons in Origin II after being forced off with a syndesmosis injury to an ankle in the first half of Souths’ 46-28 victory at CBUS Super Stadium.
And Blues forward Murray was a forlorn sight has he limped off midway through the second half as the Titans tendered another late collapse. He has a groin injury.
Alex Johnston’s 13th career hat-trick helped put paid to the home side, which led 12-0 early and 22-16 at halftime.
